Problems in Downloading or Corrupted Files Which Don't Open :

All of the products on all of the sites have been tested for downloading and for opening.

If you are having a problem with either of those issues we have created a special page for you called "Spring Clean Your Browser". This is uaually the cause of downloading and corrupted file problems. The other cause can be "glitches" in iternet connections whilst files are being transfered.
