Login Details:

When you purchased a product or purchased a subscription you would have been taken straight to a download page where you would have been asked to enter your username and password to access the subscription area or the download area.

You would also have received an email with the "login link" and your "username" and "password".

If you lost any or all of these you need to go to this page:(a window will pop up)

and request that your username and password be sent to you again by clicking the "retrieve password" button.

How to Login

Once you have retrieved your password you can use the same page as above to login. To fully explain how to do this I have created a page with pictures for you to follow... called "How to Login". Here is the link to that page (a window will pop up)

How to download your products:

Once you have logged into the customer area you will arrive at the download page for the product or service you have purchased. There is a comprehensive explanation on that page of how to download any of the products and tools your have purchased.
